Mars has a skinny ambiance, missing oxygen and nitrogen, so the light scattering just isn't dominated by a Rayleigh Scattering system. In its place, the air is full of crimson dust, blown in to the ambiance by higher winds,[22] so its sky coloration is especially based on a Mie
